Dear Fellow Waymakers,

I wanted to start off by sharing an experience I had on a retreat in rural New South Wales. The property was vast, an expansive acreage of rolling green. As I woke early for my morning devotion, my eyes were drawn outside to a small, robotic lawn mower quietly making its rounds.

The lawn was already immaculately groomed, yet there it was—moving steadily, without fanfare, without a pause for applause. It was simply ensuring that every blade of grass that dared to grow past its assigned height was kept in check. As I watched it, something shifted in my spirit. I felt the Father whisper: "Watch the mower."

It was programmed for a task, given a schedule, and left to its assignment. It didn't rush; it didn't panic about the size of the field; it simply remained faithful to its code. I began to ask myself: "Is this what God expects of us?" To be so aligned with our Divine Blueprint that we move faithfully, consistently, and quietly—doing our part while others do theirs, creating a symphony of obedience that pleases the Creator.

Reflecting on April: From Alignment to Occupation

As we look back on April, we have travelled a significant distance. We deepened our Alignment, choosing to rise above the noise of global conflict and market vertigo. We moved from being "frantic bricklayers" to "Kingdom Architects," using the Plumb Line of the Spirit to find our strategic positioning.

Alignment with Divine Pacing

For me, this alignment manifested in the launch of a new global network for public health professionals—a mandate I have stewarded for over 30 years as a veteran in the field. It was about creating a "Gate of Mentorship" and an opportunity to sow into those seeking professional development and community. I also witnessed this alignment in others, supporting my friend as she launched her new Podcast on her YouTube channel, "Real Life Talk with Nunue," which focuses on mental health, healing, and navigating complex life challenges.

It was also a joy to support the Founding Partner, Rev. Patricia Alorbi during her recent monthly prayer call. Bringing together intercessors from across the globe for the Saved, Supported, and Sent Ladies Network, we petitioned Heaven under the heart-stirring theme, 'Bring My Daughters Home.'

The Clarion Call: Shattering the Split-Screen Life. Earlier this month, I took this message to the airwaves on the "Let's Talk Worship Music" platform in the USA. I shared on "ARISE: The Clarion Call to the Marketplace Priesthood." In a season of civic unrest, the "split-screen" life—where faith is for Sunday and work is a secular grind for Monday—is no longer sustainable.

With over 116 views and counting, the response was clear: Christian professionals are tired of just "surviving" the marketplace. They are ready to steward it. They are ready to see their desks as altars and their roles as Kingdom Assignments.

Victory in Every Sphere: From the Boardroom to the Family Altar

Victory isn't just about professional milestones. My recent trip to Canada over the Easter weekend was a profound reminder that our Priesthood extends to our homes. Meeting and reconnecting with family members after many years reminded me that we are Waymakers for our lineages, too. Whether I was sharing a meal or a word of encouragement, the assignment remained the same: to be the "Vav" (the connection) between Heaven and those I love.

"The Kingdom teaches that Victory is a Habit. It is the result of the quiet, robotic mower—consistency over intensity."

— Dr. Stephanie Fletcher-Lartey

The May Mandate: Victory is a Habit

In this May issue of THE WAYMAKER INTELLIGENCE, we move into the full activation of Pillar 3: Victory. The world teaches that victory is the result of high-intensity "hustle." But the Kingdom teaches that Victory is a Habit. It is the result of the quiet, faithful, steady, consistency over franticness and intensity.

In this issue, we highlight how this consistency leads to breakthroughs. You will read a powerful testimonial from Dr. Eugenia Marembo, a Founding Member from Australia, whose story exemplifies how persistent alignment leads to tangible marketplace victory.

Inside this report, you will also find our Global Strategic Briefing, outlining the prophetic shakings of the month, and our feature article, "Victory is a Habit: How Consistency Outpaces Intensity in the Kingdom."

It is time to stop waiting for a "big break" and start moving in the "steady build." Welcome to May. It's time to occupy your post with the rhythm of the Spirit.

The Mandate of Victory:
How Consistency Outpaces
Intensity in the Kingdom

marketplacemissions.stephaniemahaliafletcher.com · Issue 3: May 2026

MANDATE 3: VICTORY — DECREEING KINGDOM OUTCOMES

Victory is prophetic declaration and decreeing Kingdom outcomes—operating in spiritual authority, calling forth God's will in your sphere, and seeing breakthrough manifest.

Introduction

In our strategic pursuit of the Kingdom Mandate, we often associate "Victory" with the thunder of a breakthrough, the roar of a crowd, or the high-profile closing of a major deal. However, while on retreat in rural New South Wales, I witnessed a different dimension of victory: the steady, automated persistence of a small robotic lawn mower (See Editorial).

Watching this device quietly navigate the vast acreage, something shifted in my perspective. It became a living parable for the marketplace leader.

Victory as Maintenance, Not Just Moment

Victory in the marketplace is the third pillar of our strategy, yet it is often the hardest to sustain. We often focus on the "big mow"—the massive effort to clear a field. But the mower offers a model for Victory through Consistency. It does not wait for the grass to become a jungle before acting; it maintains the standard in real-time.

This mirrors the concept of "walking in the Spirit." True victory isn't just sprinting during a crisis; it is maintaining a steady, daily pace of devotion and service that ensures the "weeds" of compromise never get a chance to take root.

The "Primer" of the Holy Spirit

True marketplace victory is enforced through what I call the Primer of the Holy Spirit. Just as the mower follows a pre-programmed frequency and boundary, the Holy Spirit provides the internal rhythm for our professional lives.

  • Precision and Programming: The Spirit "primes" us with wisdom, ensuring our actions are not erratic but calculated and aligned with the Father's will. We are designed with specific gifts and assigned to "good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Ephesians 2:10).
  • Steady Enforcement: Victory is the daily enforcement of Kingdom standards in our industries. Like the mower, we are programmed by the Word to keep laziness and mediocrity in check.
  • The Quietness of Calling: There was no fanfare. In the Gospels, the most significant moments of faithfulness happened in the quiet—a widow's two mites, a boy's five loaves, or Mary's silent listening. Victory is often won in the stillness before the marketplace opens.
Victory as Maintenance, Not Just Moment — The Power of Small: global Kingdom influence map
"Victory as Maintenance, Not Just Moment." The Power of Small.

The Symphony of the Mundane

The steady, consistent rhythm of the small mower created a landscape that looked like a beautiful tapestry. It worked in perfect harmony with its environment. This is particularly striking:

"If the mower decided it was 'too small' to matter, or if it tried to be a tractor instead, the harmony of the well-manicured acreage would be lost. Victory is found in embracing your specific assignment."

In the marketplace, we are constantly pressured to "scale," to "disrupt," to "influence," and to be the "tractor" that makes the biggest noise. However, what the small mower taught me so perfectly is that the Harmony of the Kingdom depends on us staying true to the specific frequency and boundaries God gave us.

Victory is the Outcome of Alignment

  • The Tractor Trap: Many leaders are frustrated because they are trying to do a "tractor's work" with a "mower's design." When we step out of our specific assignment, we don't just get tired and burned out—we disrupt the "harmony" of the whole landscape.
  • The Power of Small: A mower doesn't need to be a tractor to be successful or to make an impact; it just needs to be faithful in cutting the grass in front of it.
  • Victory as Alignment: This underscores that Victory is the direct outcome of Alignment. It's not about being the biggest machine on the field; it's about being the most suitable equipment for the job, aligned with the Master's blueprint.

When we embrace our specific "acreage"—our specific family, our specific job, our specific calling, our specific territory of influence, our quiet prayers—we contribute to weaving a larger and more beautiful tapestry that only the Creator can see in its entirety from above. Our small, steady, consistent actions are the threads of a global tapestry of Kingdom influence in the marketplace. It underscores the profound truth of Scripture:

"He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much." — Luke 16:10

The Mandate

Let us not look for the fanfare. Marketplace victory is the result of a thousand small, obedient actions performed under the quiet guidance of the Holy Spirit. The most immaculately groomed businesses and ministries are often those where the leaders labour quietly behind the scenes, fuelled by a consistent prayer life and a relentless commitment to their specific assignment.

God isn't just asking for your "success" in the way the world defines it; He is inviting you into the peace of assigned faithfulness.

"Victory is not about being the biggest machine on the field (most popular, most followers, most sales, etc); it's about being the most suitable equipment (obedient, consistent, produces results) for the job, aligned with the Master's blueprint."

Before you walk away from this article, I would like to invite you to reflect on these questions.
  • Identifying the "Blades": What are the "blades of grass" in your professional or personal life that God is asking you to tend to with quiet, daily consistency rather than waiting for a crisis?
  • Exchange of Values: In what specific area of your leadership can you trade the desire for the "fanfare" of the world for the "steady action" of the Kingdom?
  • The Current Call: In what area of your life or industry do you feel the strongest pull toward the peace of "assigned faithfulness" right now?
  • The Scope of Influence: Are you trying to be a "tractor" in an area where God has assigned you to be a "mower"? How does embracing your specific acreage change your approach to your work this week?

9 Keys to Marketplace Victory
Led by Prophetess Mooi Mthethwa
The following are key insights shared by Prophetess Mooi Mthethwa at the Waymakers Alliance May 2026 Monthly Gathering. These nine keys serve as a practical framework for walking out Kingdom Victory in your professional sphere.
Key 1
Relevance
The Engine of Victory. Be the most relevant solution-provider in the room. God gives the knowledge and skill. Daniel 1:17
Key 2
Identity
Know your name. Babylon will try to rename you — purpose in your heart not to defile your true identity. Daniel 1:7
Key 3
Know Your Source
Strength to hold your territory is generated in your prayer closet. You cannot bypass the Source. Daniel 1:8
Key 4
Unshakeable Values
Daniel's values didn't shift when the lions roared. Unshakeable values cause even secular leaders to testify of the God you serve. Daniel 6:16
Key 5
Mandate Over Money
Align your environment to your mandate — never shift your mandate to fit your environment. Steward the mandate; the resources will follow. Daniel 1:17
Key 6
Strive for Excellence
Daniel was found ten times better than his peers. Kingdom excellence is the magnet for divine favour — it ensures you stand before kings rather than mean men. Daniel 1:19
Key 7
Reproduction & Delegation
The Jethro Principle — Victory is a team sport. Multiply your spirit on others to create a platform for corporate success. Acts 6:2–4 · Exodus 18:13–26
Key 8
Continuous Development
Skill development is a spiritual requirement. To remain ten times better, stay in a constant state of learning — especially in the digital arena. Daniel 1:20
Key 9
First Voice Consistency
Who speaks first in your morning? A public legacy requires a private priority. Let God be the first voice — He will speak through you in the marketplace. Daniel 6:26

"To have a public legacy, you must have a private priority. If God is the first voice you hear, He will be the voice that speaks through you in the marketplace."

A Journey of Jurisdictional Victory

Dr Eugenia Marembo — Public Policy Practitioner, Sydney, Australia

Public Policy Practitioner, Sydney, Australia
Embracing Visibility

I am a Public Policy Practitioner based in Sydney, Australia. I bring over twelve years of experience in program evaluation and policy design.

While my path appears steady on paper, it has been shaped by a deeper tension I have had to navigate. For a long time, I did not see myself as someone meant to take up space.

I had internalised some societal narratives about what it means to be a woman, how visible one should be, the need to avoid conflict, and the expectation to remain agreeable. I knew I was capable and that I had insight to offer. However, there was a quiet negotiation within me that meant I knew I was to speak, but not too much. I knew I was meant to lead, but I thought it had to be done gently and without disruption.

At the same time, I knew my life, my voice, and my placement were not accidental. I found myself confronted with the fact that I preferred to live in the background, and I told myself I could serve quietly, do the work well, and leave it there. In many ways, it became a split life. My faith was present, but contained, and my work, though impactful, felt disconnected from the fullness of what I sensed God was asking of me.

Through the DreamBuilder Program with Dr Stephanie, I was introduced to the idea of marketplace missions. It drew me into conversations that gave language to what I had sensed for years but had not fully embraced—the idea that I had to step into visibility. The realisation itself was not new. I had always known my work in policy was more than a job. It was an assignment. However, there was a mindset shift that occurred regarding visibility.

For some years, I had assumed that obedience could happen quietly and that I could do the work well, honour God internally, and remain largely unseen. What I began to understand is that stewardship also requires presence. It requires voice and a willingness to be both visible and audible in the spaces you have been entrusted with.

As a policy practitioner, I now see myself as a steward entrusted with access, influence, and the ability to shape how problems are understood and how solutions are designed. I have a deeper sense of responsibility and an understanding that I am in the room because, by God's grace, I have been given authority and opportunity.

Practically, this has reshaped how I show up each day. I begin with prayer. It is not always long or elaborate, but it is intentional. I ask for discernment, to be attentive, and I ask to know how, and to whom, I am called to be a blessing in that day. Before key meetings, I will often pause and pray. Sometimes it is a quiet moment at my desk.

Stewardship Requires Presence — Policy as Kingdom Assignment

"What I began to understand is that stewardship also requires presence. It requires voice and a willingness to be both visible and audible in the spaces you have been entrusted with."

Sometimes it is a brief internal check-in as I walk into a room. During discussions, I try to remain present, not just to the content, but to the dynamics in the room. What is being said. What is not being said. Where there is tension. Where there is alignment. Afterwards, I reflect and ask several questions. Were there missed opportunities? Was there a moment I could have spoken with more clarity or more care? This is not about striving for perfection. It is about remaining accountable to the assignment, both in outcome and in process.

I am aware that policies and systems are not neutral. They carry assumptions and biases that can exclude or constrain, and my role is to discern these, ask better questions, and bring to light what might otherwise remain hidden. I am also mindful not to be driven by pressure or the need for approval, but by a commitment to justice and inclusion. Even within complexity, I believe transformation is possible, with room for wisdom, breakthrough, and more human-centred ways of doing things.

Wherever you find yourself working, I would say this. Your work is neither small nor abstract. It touches real lives and shapes families, communities, and nations. Do not walk the path alone. There is real strength in being connected to others who understand both the technical demands of the work and the deeper call behind it.

Remember, iron sharpens iron. Some days you will need courage, on others, fresh perspective or renewed hope, and often that comes through community. So, get plugged in. Be a collector of wisdom and a contributor because there is a shared responsibility in how we steward influence.

Wherever you find yourself, recognise that your role extends beyond outputs and deliverables. You are participating in the shaping of systems that affect people at every level. Do it with integrity. Do it with care. Do it with an awareness of God's heart for all people and all creation.

I am no longer just a policy practitioner striving for visibility. I am a waymaker, learning daily what it means to show up fully, speak faithfully, and steward well.

Activating Victory — The Sound of Unlocking

1. Voice Syntheses: The Companion Streams

To help with understanding of this spiritual consensus, we are grouping key global voices into three companion streams that demonstrate a unique, internal synergy of what the Lord is saying in this season.

Stream A: The Watchmen & Apostolic Reformers
Chuck Pierce (Identity Shift) + Tumi Arayomi (Market Replacement) + Aglow International (Standard Raised)
Stream B: The Legislators & Jurisdictional Sentinels
Dutch Sheets (Intimacy/Efficacy) + Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams (Legislative Prayer) + Dr. Francis Myles (Sealing Gates)
Stream C: The Jurisdictional Architects & Purifiers
Apostle Joshua Selman (Jurisdictional Governance) + Jeremiah Johnson (Strategic Purity)

2. Deep Dive: Activating Pillar 3 — Victory

The convergence of these diverse voices is a clarion call to activate PILLAR 3: VICTORY. We define Victory in this season not as "career success" or "escape from shakings," but as the manifest establishment of Kingdom Jurisdictional Governance in the natural environment of our industries.

Convergence Point 1: The Standard of Authority (Pillar 3)

A review of recent information shared by respected Prophetic sources, including The Aglow Network, Jeremiah Johnson, and Chuck Pierce are converging on the revelation that you are the Standard bearer. Victory is the realisation that in the theatre of war, the Standard is not a message, but the uncompromised, authenticated presence of the Waymaker within the structure.

'So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.' — Isaiah 59:19
Prophetic Signal: "The Standard is not something you lift; The Standard is you." Pierce, C. (2026). The Standard Bearer. RIG Publications.
Marketplace Indicator: Stop asking for a "better job." Start understanding that your current post is the place where the Standard must be established to change the culture.

Convergence Point 2: Legislative Priesthood (Pillar 3)

Archbishop Duncan-Williams, Dr. Francis Myles, and Apostle Joshua Selman are demonstrating that Victory requires moving from asking to legislating. The Altar (Pillar 1) must be ignited by specific, legislative decrees (Job 22:28).

'Leave the work on this house of God alone; let the governor of the Jews and the Jewish elders rebuild this house of God on its site.' — Ezra 6:7 AMP
Prophetic Signal: "We are not just praying; we are legislating from the Vav on the Altar." Selman, J. (2026, April 23). Boardroom Priests. Koinonia Global.
Marketplace Indicator: Have you been trying to "work harder" (the Bricks) instead of internally "speaking Shalom" over your meeting agendas (the Blueprint)?

Convergence Point 3: Establishing Jurisdictions (Pillar 3)

Dutch Sheets, Prophet Tumi Arayomi, and Joshua Selman have shared on the concept that Victory is the establishing of Jurisdictional Governance. When the Strait of Hormuz is blocked (the shakings), the Waymaker must not merely survive the energy shock; they must legislate the unblocking of their "Supply Route."

'And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.' — Matthew 28:18–20
Prophetic Signal: "Your Jurisdictional Efficacy is directly tied to the authenticity of your Altar." Sheets, D. (2026, May 1). Mercy is the Currency. Give Him 15.
Marketplace Indicator: If you have aligned correctly (Pillar 2) and waited for the Blueprint, you do not move in panic. Victory is when your department thrives precisely when the market indicates it should fail.

3. Pillar Integration & Strategic Connections

The 3-Pillar Mandate is an Ecosystem

You cannot activate Pillar 3 (Victory) effectively without establishing Pillars 1 and 2.

Connection 1: Vigilance (Pillar 1) → Victory (Pillar 3)
Vigilance (The Watchman) is how you sense the "Haman Agenda" attempting to enter the boardroom. Jeremiah Johnson argues that Strategic Purity is the anchor of Vigilance. You cannot activate the authority for a Pillar 3 victory if your internal Vav (connection to the Altar) is compromised.

"Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?" The watchman said, "The morning comes, and also the night." — Isaiah 21:11–12. See also Proverbs 25:28.

Connection 2: Alignment (Pillar 2) → Victory (Pillar 3)
Alignment is Prophetic Pacing—listening to the Spirit's frequency amidst public panic. Dutch Sheets teaches that intimacy with the Father produces the efficacy of the Mandate. When you wait for the Architect's timing (Pillar 2) rather than the marketplace speed, you can execute a sudden, precise, Pillar 3 victory. You stop being a frantic Bricklayer and start being a masterful Architect.

"In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it." — Isaiah 30:15. See also Isaiah 33:6.

The Waymaker Jurisdictional
Governance & Consistency Tool

By Dr. Stephanie Fletcher-Lartey · Issue 3: May 2026

This tool is designed to help you function as a Kingdom Architect rather than a frantic bricklayer, using the "robotic mower" principle of consistency over intensity.

1
The Morning "Programming" (The Mower's Code)
Before entering your workspace, define your specific acreage for the day.
  • Identify Your Territory: What specific projects, people, or meetings are in your "acreage" today?
  • Set the Frequency: Spend 5–10 minutes in the "quietness of calling" to receive the Father's blueprint for these tasks.
  • Check the "Standard": Are there any "weeds" of compromise or laziness that need to be addressed before the day begins?
2
The Pre-Meeting "Vav" (The Altar Alignment)
Dr. Eugenia Marembo exemplifies this by using brief internal check-ins to ensure she is both visible and audible in her assignment.
  • The Intentional Pause: Before walking into a meeting or starting a major task, pause at your desk or in the hallway.
  • The Legislative Decree: Quietly decree: "I enforce the Shalom of the Kingdom over this room. I am the Standard here, and I receive the wisdom of the Architect now."
  • Observation Mode: During the session, stay attentive not just to the content, but to the dynamics and tensions in the room—what is being said and what is not being said?
3
The Evening Maintenance Audit
Victory is a habit of maintenance, ensuring no "blades of grass" grow out of check.
  • Review Your Actions: Were there moments today where you tried to be a "tractor" (high-intensity hustle) instead of a "mower" (assigned faithfulness)?
  • Reflective Questions (from Dr. Eugenia):
    • Were there missed opportunities to be a blessing?
    • Was there a moment I could have spoken with more clarity or care?
  • Accountability: Did I remain accountable to the process as much as the outcome?
Kingdom Architect Reminder

This tool is designed to help you function as a Kingdom Architect rather than a frantic bricklayer, using the "robotic mower" principle of consistency over intensity. Victory is built one faithful day at a time.
